Who is responsible

LOGICANCE S.L. (NIF B93934537, C/ Jesús 81, 2º Pta. 6 Esc. A, 46007 Valencia, Spain) is the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). You can reach us at info@logicance.com.

If you write to us

We use your email address and what you tell us to reply to you and, when it applies, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking the steps you ask for before a possible contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

We keep the conversation while our relationship lasts and then for the periods the law requires. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own purposes. Our hosting and email providers process it only on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Visit statistics

We measure visits with our own counter, which runs on the server that hosts this website. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address.

Each visit records the page, the site you came from, your language, your type of device, your browser and your operating system. It also records your country when the network provides it, and whether you clicked our email address.

To count each visitor once per day, the counter builds a one-way code from your connection details and a random key. The key is deleted the next day, so the code cannot be linked back to you afterwards.

We keep these records for 13 months and share them with no one. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used (Article 6.1.f GDPR). Because the counter cannot identify you, we cannot link these records to you when you exercise your rights (Article 11 GDPR).

Server logs

When you visit this website, the server that hosts it records technical data in its logs, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser. Our hosting provider keeps these logs for a limited period to keep the service secure and working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security of the website (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

Typefaces

The typefaces are served from the same server as this website. This website makes no requests to third parties.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data. Write to info@logicance.com. We answer within one month, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies.

It stores one technical item in your browser’s session storage, named lg-intro. It stops the opening animation from repeating during the same visit. The browser deletes it when you close the tab, and it does not identify you.

Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo and code of this website belong to LOGICANCE S.L. The typefaces are the exception: they are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

You may not reproduce the rest without our permission.

This website links to other websites, such as aepd.es, for reference only. We are not responsible for their content.

Applicable law

Spanish law governs this notice. Any dispute goes to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the law. This does not limit any right you have as a consumer.
